Welcome to the official Frontera Fest website. By accessing this site, purchasing tickets, or applying as a partner, sponsor, or vendor, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

EVENT INFORMATION

Frontera Fest 2026 is a family-friendly, three-day festival taking place from September 11–13, 2026, in Pharr, Texas. Event details, schedules, and programming are subject to change.

CASHLESS POLICY

For the safety and convenience of all attendees, Frontera Fest operates as a cashless event. Credit or debit cards are required for purchases at ticket booths and participating vendors.

NO REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales, vendor fees, and sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable. Frontera Fest is a rain-or-shine event, and no alternate dates will be provided. Cancellations by vendors or partners do not qualify for refunds.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

All participants, including attendees, vendors, and sponsors, must comply with Frontera Fest’s family-friendly standards. The distribution, promotion, or display of content, products, or services deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with this standard is strictly prohibited.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Frontera Fest, LG3 Promotions, and the City of Pharr are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, injury, or bodily harm occurring during the event. Attendance and participation are at your own risk.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and are enforceable in Hidalgo County, Texas.
